2. Service Description

SereneSlot provides an automated SMS notification system for Spa businesses. We use AI to match waitlisted clients with canceled appointment slots. Msg & data rates may apply for end-users.

3. Acceptable Use & TCPA Compliance

As a Spa partner using SereneSlot, you agree that you have obtained express written consent from your clients before uploading their phone numbers to our system. SereneSlot is not liable for TCPA violations resulting from unauthorized client lists uploaded by Spa partners.
