By accessing or using SereneSlot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SereneSlot provides a seamless SMS notification system for Spa businesses. Our Virtual Concierge matches waitlisted clients with canceled appointment slots. Msg & data rates may apply for end-users.

3. Acceptable Use & TCPA Compliance

As a Spa partner using SereneSlot, you agree that you have obtained express written consent from your clients before uploading their phone numbers to our system. SereneSlot is not liable for TCPA violations resulting from unauthorized client lists uploaded by Spa partners.

4. Anti-Spam Policy

Anti-Spam & TCPA Compliance: SereneSlot is strictly an operational waitlist utility. Users are legally bound to only message clients who have explicitly opted-in. Direct marketing, promotional blasts, and cold outreach are strictly prohibited.
