SereneSlot ("we", "us", "our") collects information necessary to provide our SMS appointment-filling service to Spas and their clients. This includes names, phone numbers, and appointment details provided by our Spa partners.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent are strictly confidential and used solely for sending appointment notifications and waitlist updates on behalf of the specific Spa you booked with.
End-users can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Upon receiving a STOP message, the system will immediately block further communications to that number.
Anti-Spam & TCPA Compliance: SereneSlot is strictly an operational waitlist utility. Users are legally bound to only message clients who have explicitly opted-in. Direct marketing, promotional blasts, and cold outreach are strictly prohibited.
